Tempranillo 60% - Syrah 40%
Involves a cold maceration of the grapes at 14ºC during 24 hours and a further maceration in stainless-steel vats for 3 or 4 days. Subsequently the wine is fermented with selected yeast in the vat, a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation also occurs within the vat.
Its has a matured process of 9 months in barrels of French oak
This wine is the most versatile of all our wines, goes well with all fish due to its slight salinity, as well as with pasta, and it’s fantastic with grilled meats.
